Some staff were friendly and courteous, while others were rude and short-tempered. At the check-in, the welcome staff tried really hard to sell me the timeshare, which made me feel pressured. The staff did not mentioned that I had VIP access, which I felt I lost the chance to enjoy it. The buffet could improve with more food options.

Dreams Cabo was one of the best places we have stayed! Food was excellent especially at Bordoux. Resort was beautiful and clean and staff went above and beyond our expectations. The property and staff were amazing. The food was delicious and a ton of options. The rooms were large and very functional for a family. The staff were kind happy helpful and friendly. Our family enjoyed our week, the hotel is very detail oriented which I love.

The staff was extremely not helpful. My 10 year old son and myself had to stay another night due to flights home, VIP desk says the hotel was full, in front of them , i booked a room with expedia. They dont care and made me cone back the next day to prove it to them.I had my clothes sent out to get dry cleaned. The clothes sat in the front desk for 5 hours with no calls as we sat in our room waiting. I even called them asking. 😡😡

We always love Dreams properties! Everyone is wonderful and we had a great time! Oscar in the preferred area of the beach was the best and made our stay that much better. The only thing that needs work is keeping up with the towel demand. A few times the towels for beach/pool area ran out so we just started hanging on to our towels just in case they were out again the next day. Overall, really great stay and everyone was great!
