Beautiful neighborhood.I you are a walker (like I am), many things withing walking distance: Target, CVS, ALDI, Walgreens, Albertson's, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Carl's Jr., and more. Juan is very amicable, attentive, and responsive.The room was perfectly fine for what I needed — simple and functional. Merely acceptable.Would stay again if the need arises.

Safe, Quiet, and Private

We had a wonderful stay at Juan’s guest house. The house and yard are absolutely beautiful, and once you enter the backyard, you will notice it is well manicured and private. Having an assigned off street parking spot was perfect for our rental car, and we never had to worry about street parking. Alhambra is conveniently located in between Pasadena and L.A, making it the perfect location for our needs. Inside the unit we immediately noticed the cleanliness and comfort right away. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We will absolutely rent this unit again in the future.

Juan was a gracious owner/manager. The unit is no frills but wasn’t lacking in the essentials. I loved Juan’s house (owned for 30 years and reflected a pride of ownership) and I loved the old school neighborhood.

With a rental car, we went to the Citadel Outlet, Disneyland, Crypto Arena, Santa Monica, and downtown in a relatively short time.
