Come stay in our brand new built custom modern home located in Encino, with a pool, jacuzzi and large rooftop deck with beautiful views. Features open floor plan. 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 Guests additional air mattresses can be provided. Large pocket doors open up into the backyard for the ultimate LA living. Master Bedroom features a patio, fireplace, walk in closet & large clawfoot tub. Our home is perfect for professional group or family trip. Please refer to house rules for additional information regarding pool/spa.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.

They installed a pool fence upon request and met other requests with positivity and promptness. Recommend!
