Palms Place is a one-bedroom guest house furnished in a contemporary minimalistic style and designed from the ground up as a sustainable luxury building with solar electric power, solar-thermal hot water systems, reverse osmosis water filtration, luxury towels and linens and non-toxic cleaners.
Sleep soundly, thanks to down comforters and pillows, Matteo linens, and soft Frette cotton towels. Rest with an easy conscience too in this completely organic and sustainable property, which also boasts an indoor fireplace and expansive patio. Solar electric power, solar radiant floor heating. A quiet zen retreat, completely private and meditative.
All parts of this property are accessible to the guest.
I won’t be on the property, but will be available as needed
Venice is a real melting pot of cultures and people, which makes for a fun, relaxed environment. The property is easy biking distance from both the beach and the famous Venice Boardwalk, but also far enough off to be well away from the crowds.
Walking distance to Whole Foods and multiple take out restaurants. Easy and safe street parking directly in front of the property.
Film and photo shoots are welcome. Please enquire for a quote.
