Property offers great views, ample space and the location is excellent. For the price however, the check in process was abysmal. There is no way to access the building if you park in the parking garage. You then have to walk all the way around to get to the front and even then there is no way to get up the elevators to retrieve your key from the lockbox. All of this should have been detailed clearly within check in instructions. There is a separate pass from the building front entrance than the key required for elevator or access to the unit. In addition parking is mentioned as available on the listing but no effort was made to let us know what parking spot number or how many sports (there is one). We had to reach out multiple times and wait 20 minutes to hear back from management.

The Penthouse was a perfect location for our family of 8. We were in Long Beach for our Grand Daughter to participate in a gymnastics competition at the Convention Center. It was a great place with plenty of room, and was a perfect location for all the things we wanted to see and do while we were there.

Beautiful Stunner
The property was spectacular! The views as you walk in were breathtakingly lovely. We all marveled at the floor to ceiling view. It was a great start to our trip and no other property matched it. Great memories were made in this home. The only improvement we would suggest is higher couches and seating in the living room area. For older folks, it’s difficult to get up and down on lower furniture.
The property was really nice and clean. The location was perfect around the city. Easy in and out of the location no hassles. Would definitely book here again.
