They put someone above me that started pounding on something and stomping and moving furniture at 1:30 am then again at 7 am I didn't sleep hardly at all. I called the front desk They said they would call them. The pool was cold. They have nothing free at breakfast. The first night they leave the fan on the hvac so it never shuts off until you figure out how to ise it. Embassy suites is a better choice. I feel like I waisted my money.

Rude General Manager. Dirty room. No houskeeping for 4 nights. No hot water in sink or room heat. Was told that heat and cold water would be fixed and then it was not. General Manager basically said "tough luck" and told me he does not communicate with customers who are unhappy with the hotel. Beds were okay, overall facility was nice. Will never stay there again because the way no warm/hot sink water and no heat was not addressed by management. Much better options in Longmont.
