Beachfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo, directly on the beach, in the center of beautiful Longboat Key, an island just a few miles north of Sarasota. LaPlaya Condominiums provides a private beach, sheltered pool with sundeck, and beachfront grills so you won’t miss a minute of the sunset. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all linens and beach towels are provided.
Our condo features a breakfast bar island, plus a spectacular Gulf view from the open kitchen/dining/living area leading to the screened beachfront lanai. Tile floor through out the entire unit.
King-size bed in the main bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom.
The split floor plan insures that the quiet bedrooms are separated from family activity areas in this "all-on-one-level" condo.
There are chaise lounges on the beach for guests.
All interior photos are current and accurately represent the home. We update the listing images immediately whenever improvements or upgrades are made.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a lanai, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great beach condo

The condo was updated, clean and you cannot beat the view and proximity to the water. Everything worked well, nothing was run down or in need of repair. The grounds were clean and maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beachfront condo

Very comfortable condo right on the beach. Beds were comfy although sheets were as rough as canvas! TV was poor quality also... terrible picture. Kitchen was fully stocked and I enjoyed cooking meals. I would stay here again.
