We travelled 6 hours with children for a Mental health holiday to find a property that had not been cleaned after the last visitors and no communication from the property manager besides the confirmation email, tried messaging, calling and text the property manager with no reply, engaged the Stayz help chat which were not very helpful. I had to cancel the booking and find somewhere else. The property manager finally called back an hour later, after we had booked into the nearby resort apologising and offering to clean the property if we wanted to wait, too late when the other accommodation was already paid and the kids settled. So disappointing on both sides (Stayz & property manager).
