"TAL AR MOR" is a charming traditional fisherman’s house, warm, which has received a 3-star rating "Meublé de tourisme".
This holiday residence has many advantages: proximity to the sea (150m) and the countryside, very quiet environment away from the street, complete equipment, Breton furniture and rustic decor (stone and exposed beams), facade facing south overlooking a courtyard with parking space.
Interior design:
- Ground floor: a large living room (kitchen, dining room), a living room, a bathroom (large shower cabin, electric towel dryer), a separate toilet.
- Floor: 2 attic rooms (2 beds in one, 3 beds in the other), and a dressing room.
A few cables from the house, you can enjoy the joys and pleasures of the seaside on a beautiful sandy beach (Lodonnec beach), gently sloping, ideal for family swimming, beach games, fishing on foot, walking, running,...
This holiday home is also an ideal starting point for hikes along the GR34 which takes coastal paths and customs roads of yesteryear.
It is located less than 4 kilometers from the town of Loctudy (10 to 15 minutes by bike), where you can enjoy local shops, the weekly market as well as the port and the nautical circle.
You can also from the port, take the ferry for a ride to Ile-Tudy, or embark for the Glénans.

- The house is adjoining a second cottage, occupied by the owners (or sometimes rented to other holidaymakers). A partition separates the two dwellings in order to preserve each other’s privacy. The courtyard is shared, however, and you have the part in front of the house. (parking for 2 cars maximum allowed)
- Bed linen and towels are not included, we can make them available to you as an option (contact us)

Nous sommes parfaitement satisfait de notre séjour dans cette très agréable maison tout à fait conforme à ce que nous recherchions. Maison pleine de charme et très bien équipée dans un cadre parfait qui allie la proximité de la mer et un très grand calme. Ayant déjà effectué un excellent séjour il y a 3 ans dans cette très sympathique maison de pêcheur, en compagnie de nos amis, nous sommes revenus cette année. Nous ne le regrettons absolument pas : tout était parfait comme l’an dernier (très propre, équipement de grande qualité) et nos hôtes, tout aussi accueillants. Nous avons bénéficié d’une météo très favorable, ce qui ne gâche rien pour les ballades le long de la mer et dans les ports environnants! Par ailleurs, comme l’an dernier, nous avons loué le second gîte de la propriété de Mr et Mme LT, pour nos retrouvailles annuelles entre copains. C’était super sympa ! Nous recommandons vivement ces gîtes de vacances à tout le monde.

Maison de Pêcheur très agréable et conviviale

Cette location est tout à fait fonctionnelle, bien entretenue, et très bien située dans un endroit calme, à proximité du bord de mer. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Tout était conforme au descriptif et en adéquation avec nos attentes. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande vivement cette location. Vous ne serez pas déçus.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances avec des amis dans cette jolie maison toute proche de la mer et d'une belle plage. Le gîte est très propre, et idéalement situé pour les visites, les randonnées, la plage, la mer etc. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui vous donneront de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Le descriptif et les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Pour résumer: excellentes prestations à tous les niveaux et location à recommander sans ambiguïté.
