The villa is a place for peace, in which one feels comfortable from the first minute. Spacious rooms, excellent facilities, heavenly outdoor area with large pool (4.5 x 10m).

The immediate area: A quiet residential area in the tranquil village of Bahia Azul. From there it is only a stone's throw to the enchanting town of Llucmajor with its famous market, Palma can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

4 bedrooms for max. 8 people. And everything is designed so that everyone has enough freedom. One of the two bathrooms on the upper floor adjoins directly to a bedroom. In total, the villa comprises 280 sqm of living space. The living room on the ground floor extends to 40 square meters, from where the huge winter garden (70 square meters) opens. Thanks to the glass sliding elements, this area can be transformed into a completely open terrace. Also on the ground floor: a spacious kitchen with utility room and a guest toilet.

A Perfect Poolside Retreat

This is an outstanding property in every way. Great attention to detail has been shown by the host, with nothing to wish for. Beautiful, comfortable beds, appliances and living spaces add to the magnificent, huge pool. Entertainment/relaxation areas both inside and outside top off a top-class villa within a short drive to Palma and the airport. We had a wonderful, memorable stay and could not recommend this villa too highly. A must for a getaway on Mallorca!

Tolle blitzsaubere Finka

Casa Kristel können wir absolut empfehlen! Die Kommunikation war super einfach, die Küche ist sehr groß und toll ausgestattet. Wir waren 8 erwachsene Personen und hatten genug Platz. Toller Essbereich draußen am Pool. Ein großer Pool läd zum schwimmen ein auch der Whirlpool ist schön angenehm abends wenn’s kühler wird. In jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und große Smart TV‘s. 2 Minuten zu einem tollen Aussichtspunkt aufs Meer an den Klippen. 15 Minuten nach Arenal ca 20 Minuten nach Palma in die Innenstadt. Wir merken uns die Finka und kommen bestimmt wieder!!!
