The accommodation

Finca Binitaret is located just one kilometer from the beautiful town of Sineu, renowned for its comprehensive infrastructure. The property offers all modern comforts in 130 square meters of living space, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample room for family and friends. The house is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living room with German satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to a covered terrace with a barbecue. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom on this floor. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows, and the entire house has central heating. The property is equipped with all types of towels for the kitchen, bathrooms, and pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. There is a small sandbox for young children to play in.

Just opposite the house is the 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, followed by large covered and open terraces, with plenty of sun loungers and beach towels.

The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.

The reserved holiday accommodation is intended solely for holiday use. It is strictly forbidden to organize noisy parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb the neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000 to €300,000 (for events organized by professionals).

Dogs are allowed for €20.00 per night.
