"We got to our room and we did not have a TV, we couldn’t call out from the room phone. Once I called from my cell the receptionist came and tried to assist (made sure it was in HDMI), restarted the cable still didn’t work. We went 1 whole night with out any TV. When he came the second time to look he said he would have maintenance come the next morning. I told the new receptionist that we needed more towels and made sure there was a note to have maintenance come look at our tv. We got more towels they made 1 or th 2 beds and the floors were still gross from not being cleaned to begin with. OUR TV still didn’t work the man receptionist from the first night said that they came by idk what they did but was not to fix anything. We had to go to a different hotel. I will NEVER suggest this hotel to anyone. "
