perfect place ot stay if headed to Santa's Village

Wonderful and quick at the check in. Very friendly and clean, breakfast was amazing. Perfect place to stay for a quick trip up to the White Mountains.

Kali the manager on duty was great! Our room did have an old musty smell when we got there. The beds said queen but fit more like a full. We have stayed here in the past and it was a lot better before. Wouldn’t waste the money we were charged to stay again!

Good room, bad breakfast.

Room was clean and staff friendly. They said breakfast was severed from 6am - 10am. We got down around 9:30 and there was nothing to eat. All hot foods were empty, no bagels, no muffins. We did get a waffle and some dry cereal. I understand we were towards the end of the time, but there were lots of people at that time who were all disappointed in the lack of a hot breakfast as promised. Either refill or cut the hours.

Water pressure great in shower. Hot water was nicely hot. Exhaust fan worked great - no foggy BR mirror. AC worked great. Room darkening shades did their job. Nice size room fridge. HDTV crisp. Mattress comfy though I prefer slightly firmer. Check in and check out seamless. Overall exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

Overall what we needed.

Only real issue was that hotel.com double booked us - so the hotel had to accommodate. They had us go into a smaller/down grade room from what we originally had for one night then updated us to a bigger room from what we booked for the rest of the trip. The hotel is in a bit of a rough shape but nothing that interfered with our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall good and what we needed.

We have a good stay in the hotel. The size of the room was spacious. The breakfast was good. The only thing I found out that our room has a bit smell. I think this is because of the carpet floor.
