Bliss on the Bay

This cozy, waterfront cottage is located 20 minutes north of Green Bay and is perfect for family and friend gatherings. This property comes with a fully loaded kitchen, living room, four seasons room, two bedrooms, a full bath with a large stand up shower and large tub, and a mud room with washer and dryer. Bedroom set up includes TV, DVD player, 2 full size beds, while the additional bedroom includes a TV, DVD player and queen size bed. The three season room includes a breakfast table, chairs, and a futon that pulls out into a full size bed for additional people. The living room is spacious enough to include a blow up mattress (provided by property owners), with a large flat screen TV and DVD player. Property can sleep 8-10 people.

The outside property includes direct water access, a large yard for many activities, fire pit, grill, and dock for easy access into the water (feel free to bring your boat or water sports as we do not provide them). During the summer, visitors can enjoy fishing, boating, tubing, swimming, and much more. Areas for entertainment within a few miles of the property include public hunting land, Little Creek Lodge-for shooting trap and clays, and the town of Oconto-restaurants, bars, grocery store and bowling.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a private yard, and a coffee maker.

We stayed for our 10th Anniversary and we had a wonderful time. Everything was just as it was listed on the property page and well cared for. We decided to extend our stay for another night and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for your hospitality!

The huge yard was great for our dogs. Not a great area outdoors to hang out. The few chairs by the fire pit were worn down, dirty, and had holes in them. The picnic table was very worn down as well. We still enjoyed the yard and the view of the bay. The dock was very rickety and we didn't dare go past a few feet as the boards were rotted and sagging when stepped on. The house was cozy with dishes and cookware (we didn't use). It could use a good cleaning; cobwebs, sticky cabinet handles, etc. All in all, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Nice Cabin, But Has Moisture Issues

The cabin itself is very nice, and had everything I expected for a lakeside cabin experience. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels in the bathroom, firewood, kindling, yard games, and tons of board games! The sunroom was a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee with a lakeside view. My kids enjoyed the large flat lawn to run around in. The number one downside I found to this cabin was the smell. They seem to have some moisture issues originating from the laundry room and garage area. Even with a dehumidifier running constantly in the laundry room, the floor was damp enough to leave footprints when I walked through. We kept the windows open to air out the place as much as possible, but the smell really put a damper on our vacation. The carpet could have also used a cleaning, and we were a little bummed that the jets in the jacuzzi were out of order. The photos for this listing can also use an update, as they showed a paddle boat and gas grill that were not actually there. We were able to run and pick up charcoal to use the charcoal grill though.

Don't let the dock fool you

Beautiful shallow sand just under the end of the rickity dock, even though it looks deep. Had a lot of fun. Polite easy neighbors, albeit very close. Favorite part was the screened in porch with a beautiful bay view.

Wisconsin stay

Very easy to communicate with. Carpet a little stained but house was clean. It was sad the paddle boat got burnt by the neighbors tree but we had a wonderful time. We got use out of the outside games that were there. It was also great to have large stock of firewood.

Excellent Stay

My kids and I stayed in the cottage for our weekend trip for the Packers/Bears game. It was amazing! The cottage was clean, full of the essentials and the view was absolutely beautiful. Dan was fantastic! He responded quickly to my questions and was friendly. We even met the neighbor next store who was very friendly as well. We all enjoyed our stay so much, we will definitely stay here on our next trip!

Perfect fit for our family vacation!

We all enjoyed the location and the views of this property. The tree in the backyard has perfect shade all day long. Everyone enjoyed paddle boarding, playing outdoor games, and the fishing was amazing. We went to the little creek lodge which was 6 minutes away and shot sporting clays twice it was so much fun.
