Very peaceful, flowered villa with large swimming pool, terrace, plancha and deckchairs, all 5 minutes from the ocean by car and 30 minutes by bike (bike path from end to end). Close to all amenities and a stone's throw from the center of Lit-Et-Mixe. In short, everything to spend a relaxing holiday with the sun as a bonus.

Fantastic
Fantastic Villa. Modern, efficient and spacious. Trails, town and beach all close by as advertised. Charming neighbourhood, and peaceful. We will come back to this place when we have the chance.
