Our cottage is a functional and modern independent house. You will appreciate its brightness, its comfort and the small private outdoor space dedicated to you. On the ground floor: a living room with lounge area (WIFI, TV, 2-seater sofa bed), dining area, open kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment), a bathroom (shower and washing machine), a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (2 double beds) a 6.5m² attic cabin bedroom (1 single bed), a second toilet. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are included as are water, electricity and heating charges. The exterior consists of: a terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Parking is on the property. The property, which also includes the owners' home, is located on Departmental Road 66 leading from Uza to Lit et Mixe.
