Hotel is extremely clean. Location is great, very central, however, we were there a week over Christmas, and every night, around 5:00 pm or so until about 11:00 pm, there was some extremely loud music from the end of the street, and despite the very good quality windows, we could hear some background noise from our room, at the top floor. Not the fault of the hotel. Elevator was a little capricious, we had to press the button several times to call it or get to our floor, hope they fix it soon, before some gets stuck. The service was generally good. The reception staff were young and pleasant, though not especially personable. We stayed for a week, and no one ever asked how our day had been or whether we enjoyed the excursion we booked through the hotel. Like in many places, it seemed that staff were often more focused on their computers than on interacting with guests. I understand this is partly the nature of the job, as they need to answer questions and send information. On a positive note, when we needed assistance in our room on two occasions, someone came right away. Reception is very small, no room to sit, with coffee or tea. All in all a very good place to stay in Lisbon. Thank you.

Great location. Clean room with storage space that is efficiently used. Note that the elevator is small like many others in Portugal. We were on the first floor and frequently just climbed the one flight of stairs rather than wait for the elevator.

our state was extremely good up until the last five minutes. My wife and I are older and expected a little bit of help with the bags to the car the clerk that helped her out with the bags and push the bag towards the curb and that was the end of it turned around and walked inside. Most of the staff I would say 90% we’re fantastic. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for access to the Christmas market in good food

Breakfast was a spread of great food — location was ideal - close to waterfront and Rossio Square where Christmas markets were . Also next to every flavour of Cinnamon buns you could ask for . Close to hop on hop off tours and good walking neighbourhood !
