It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at they were so nice always giving me and the wife baked goods and they wine ! Always check on us making sure are mini fridge is stocked up ! Everything in the fridge was free btw helped us book a couple excursions and the breakfast was amazing great protein choices but wait theyres more it’s in the middle of everything literally perfect location for people on vacation ! Thank You To The Whole Staff I’ll Remember All Of You Forever ❗️🙏

Wonderful hotel!

This hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location for restaurants and shopping. We had a warm and friendly welcome. Most importantly, we were hotel guests when the power went out to three countries! The staff was so patient and friendly despite the fact that no one knew what was happening! Many many thanks for everything you did to make our stay comfortable!!!

The staff was top notch - very accommodating and helpful. The location was excellent to walk around to a lot of the sites we wanted to see in Portugal. The room was a decent size and clean. Loved the shower! Wish there was a bit more privacy with the door to the bathroom, but otherwise a very nice stay! Would recommend.

This property is central to pretty much everything you would want to see in the city of Lisbon. Close to all the major squares, lots of restaurants and major attractions and museums. Highly recommend the property. Staff was also super helpful in arranging tours and it’s about 30 mins or less from the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was right in the middle of city center, so everything was walkable distance. 15 mins from the airport. Mini fridge was always stocked and was complimentary. Rooms were clean. Staff was really nice and friendly. Their breakfast buffet wasn't the best, we only ate their twice. I suggest you should do pay as you eat instead of paying for the buffet upfront. Since the hotel is on a busy street, we had to park the car across the street(parking lot that hotel can reserve) and bring bags from the car which was a walk(little inconvenience since we had a baby). I believe even Ubers don't pull up to the front of the hotel, so one needs to be mindful of their luggage and the walk from the street. Overall, it was a positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

All of the staff were some of the friendliest, most helpful and welcoming people of anywhere I’ve stayed. Very clean facility with excellent rooms and great showers!
