Despite the staff in training doing an amazing job and treating my family with kindness, our experience was overshadowed by the rude and condescending attitude of the supervisor (Paulo) overseeing them. Nice Location, Poor Service and Comfort

The location is excellent, and the breakfast buffet was decent. However, for a 5-star hotel at this price point, the experience fell short. There were ants in the room, the mattress was of poor quality, and room service was very disappointing. Additionally, a municipal tax was charged at checkout without prior notice, which was unexpected.
