Worst vacation rental

We rented this apartment for three days. this place had no AC and only three fans in the whole place. The temperature outside was 36°. It was just as hot inside the exterior blinds of the main living room and common area did not work. They were defective when we moved in the customer service people were extremely rude, and not wanting to help us they said there was only fans that came with it. They could not provide more fans. They would only send someone there the next day And try to fix the blinds that should’ve been working when we moved them. They offered us no compensation or any communication to help us out. I would never rent from this feels like home company ever again. we had to end up moving out because my son was extremely sick and throwing up from the overheat of the inside of the apartment and go to another place with air conditioning. And proper blinds that worked

A great location to stay in Cascais

Staying in this apartment was the right choice to start our European trip. Having a rented car was not an issue in finding a parking space around the building. My only improvement comment for the owner is to fix the shower head in the full bathroom. We were 5 adults and only one of the two showers was working. This is an easy fix. We all agreed that this was an excellent place to stay in Cascais. and will recommend it.

Nice place, but very difficult check-in

Pretty spacious property, although a chair leg was broken and the master bath shower head was broken. Upon reporting the shower issue, it was fixed quickly, but the chair never was.

Great location and amenities nearbyby

The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood and grocery shopping and restaurants are nearby. We even walked to the Marina Along the bike/walking trail and got to take in the lovely sea view.

A very nice large apartment well equiped with every thing we needed for our stay. It's located in a very nice residential area. one small complaint, the numbers on the buildings did not match with the paper work we were given. Also, the representive that met us, appeared to be in a big hurry did not explain things fully in regards to the apartment. All in all, I would stay here again, especially if you have a large group.
