En arrivant dans la ville nous avons eu l'impression d'arriver dans un station balnéaire surpeuplée (gros immeubles, énorme camping de mobilhomes), et en fait il n'y a pas grand monde, le centre est très propre et la côte très belle.Côté logement, rien à redire, c'est parfait : très propre, très spacieux, tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi.Belle surpriseNous recommandons

Un vaste pied à terre dans un charmant village

Le très grand appartement a pu accueillir nos 2 familles sans problème. Les chambre de l'étage auraient pu être plus propres et accueillantes (elles étaient moins bien entretenues et rénovées que le rez-de-chaussée) et auraient pu être mieux ventilées. Outre cette petite déception, nous y avons trouvé notre compte et pourrions y retourner sans problème. :)

Grand appartement et conforme au descriptif de l'annonce

Très bel appartement avec vue sur l'océan par temps clair. Situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, mais escaliers facile à monter. Il y a la WIFI, un lave linges et lave vaisselles, c'est bien pratique. Il y a 3 grandes chambres, une avec un lit double à l'étage et en haut (l'appartement est un duplex), il y une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple et une autre chambre avec 3 lits simples, beaucoup de couchages donc. Il y a une salle de bain en bas avec une grande fenêtre et une grande douche à l'italienne, il y a une autre salle de bain en haut avec une douche, wc et lavabo, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas au moins un rideau de douche pour se laver. On peut prendre sa douche, par contre, on met de l'eau partout. Toutes les pièces sont grandes y compris la cuisine et la salle à manger. Il y a sur le balcon une petite tableau avec 2 chaises, appréciables pour prendre le petit déjeuner le matin en regardant l'océan. La plage est à 5 mn à pied et toutes les commodités ne sont pas loin, 5mn à pied aussi, (petit supermarché où les prix sont équivalents à un grand supermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie, primeurs, etc...). Tout est à proximité de l'appartement. Il y a égalemnt pas mal de restaurants et également des traiteurs. Pas besoin de voiture donc. La station balnéaire de Santa Cruz est magnifique. Je recommande.

No podemos estar más contentos. El alojamiento es perfecto, muy bien equipado, muy bien decorado, camas perfectas para el descanso. Está situado muy cerca del centro y playas, en un pueblo precioso. Por último, el propietario perfecto, atento a los huéspedes y cumplidor. Un 10.

Somos uma família 7 (casal + 5 filhos) e tivemos a sorte de passar uns dias fantásticos nesta casa. Não falta nada, tudo funcional, a 5 minutos da praia, 15 minutos da piscina, 3 minutos do super mercado e 5 minutos da diversão noturna. Tudo isto a 40 minutos de Lisboa. O anfitrião e sua familia são super simpáticos. Adorámos.

Appartement spacieux, fonctionnel, bien aménagé et très bien situé

Les photos de l'appartement du site ne reflètent pas la Qualité de cet appartement... En famille avec 3 enfants (5 personnes en tout), voici notre évaluation : L'appartement est très bien équipé et agréable à vivre avec de grandes pièces dont 3 grandes chambres disposant de nombreux rangements. La salle de bain très agréable avec de multiples rangements et dispose d'une grande douche. L'appartement semblait "neuf" : très propre et très bien entretenu avec beaucoup d'attention sur la décoration des pièces L'accès à 4 bons vélos permet aussi de faire quelques ballades et surtout de se rendre aux différentes plages en un temps record. 6-7 belles plages relativement différentes sont accessibles de l'appartement à pieds : - Praia des Amoeiras (la seule plage sauvage non surveillée entourée de falaises) à 1 km : notre préférée avec de beaux rouleaux et quasiment personne ! - Praia da Formosa (plage encaissée dans la falaise à l'abris du vent) à 500m : sympathique mais la plus fréquentée - Praia do Guincho (plage à côté du "rocher") à 600m - Praia de Santa Cruz / de Santa Helena / do Centro (grandes plages très bien aménagées) à 700-800m - Praia da Fisica (grande plage très bien équipée avec son école de surf et un très beau et bon restaurant : Noah avec vue sur l'océan) à 1km Si vous aimez les vagues, vous allez adorer ! N'oubliez pas vos body surf et autres dispositifs pour vous faire plaisir dans les vagues Le vent permet de ne pas avoir des températures étouffantes sur la plage ni dans cette station balnéaire (à différencier de l'intérieur des terres ou des grandes villes) et surtout aucun moustique ! L'absence de climatisation dans l'appartement n'est pas un problème car la proximité de l'océan et l'orientation de celui-ci permet d'avoir soirées "fraiches" (un ventilateur dans la pièce à vivre permet également de réguler la température) La situation (Santa Cruz, Torres Vedras) permet de réaliser de nombreuses excursions dans des sites reconnus : Obidos, Lisbonne, Sintra, Alcobaça... (entre 1h et 1h30 de route) Santa Cruz est une petite station balnéaire (peu connue) très agréable et très bien aménagée et surtout encore peu fréquentée par les touristes étrangers... 2 supérettes (Meu et Dia) sont très proches de l'appartement : 300m (à privilégier car moins chers que les grandes surfaces) Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très gentils : la wifi a été installée avant notre arrivée Merci encore à Carlos et à sa femme... En un mot : parfait
