The bed clothes had a moldy smell. It was not possible to open the window bathroom and there was no extraction/air renewal in the bathroom. The bath curtain was old and not as clean as expected. When I made the checkout I noticed that they had already proceed to payment using the credit card number used for reservation of the room without previously asking if they could. The breakfast was good - good bread and croissants! Very well located.

Great location, let down by the rooms.

Great location in the centre of Santa Cruz. Unfortunately the Hotel rooms are quite dated and feel like they need to be refreshed. Staff and service was good, it's only the quality of the rooms that let it down. It's pretty cheap, so I would stay again if I needed to be in Central Santa Cruz.

um pouco desiludida...

A estadia foi razoável na medida em que fiquei um pouco desiludida com o quarto, pedi um quarto tripo e não cama extra de forma a ter espaço no quarto, o que lamentavelmente não aconteceu. O tempo não estava muito agradável e estarmos no hotel também não nos motivava pois as três camas ocupavam quase todo o espaço e nem varanda tinha (reservei o quarto com direito a varanda e ocupei um quarto sem varanda. De um modo geral o hotel satisfaz mas devia ter mais preocupação com o espaço dos quartos...
