Worst check-in ever. No one at the desk when we arrived. Clerk appeared after about 20 minutes w/out apology. Appeared unhygienic and was close to monosyllabic. Got key. First key didn't work. Nor did second. Nor did third. Then demanded a new room. Finally got into the room about 30 minutes after arrival. Never received an apology for lousy service. Very different experience than our first stay there around a week ago. Desk staff were friendly and excellent.

BREAKFAST???????????

The room, and check in was great. However, when it came to breakfast, BAD‼️. At 7:45 am, ALL of the breakfast was gone except three slices of white bread, Cheerios and watered down waffle mix. The waffle mix was so watered down, it wouldn’t bake. No one was around to get service. FINALLY some came out and brought what looked like cans of juice. We headed to McDonald’s!!!

Not what I would expect from a Marriott

I was very disappointed with this stay—it was nowhere near what I would expect from a Marriott. While the hotel wasn’t dirty, it was noticeably run down. The towels were scratchy and uncomfortable, and the bed was not restful at all. The breakfast experience was especially frustrating. When we went down at 8:00am, all of the food was gone, people were waiting in line, and the area was a mess with no clean tables available. I went to the front desk to ask if more food would be brought out and if someone could clean tables, but the staff member snapped at me, saying “somebody is working on it.” That type of response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, this did not feel like the quality or service I expect from a Marriott.
