The fact that I had to pay an amenity fee $6 a night was ridiculous! We couldn’t even use the pool because of the abundance of kids. We stayed there 4 days and we asked if we could have new linens on our bed and we were told no, asked if we could get a broom for our room or have someone sweep the floor and again told no. Not sure why we had to pay for extra when we couldn’t even get the basics. It was hard enough at times to get a couple extra towels. Nice place on the surface but sadly that’s about it

This room and pool are were filthy! There was seamen on the couch and bloody burger on the shower curtain. They comped us $50. Don't stay here

Very dirty property. The room had sand everywhere, bathrooms were filthy. Kids wanted the hot tub but it stunk and had a layer of filth at the bottom. The staff is auper nice, there just isnt wnough people cleaning!! We went here before and the first experiance went well. This time it just plummeted. I dont recomend coming here untill they upgrade or upstaff the area. Pictures of the area on orbits and in peraon are 2 different places.

We liked that there was a Star Bucks coffe store next to t3. Our in room bathroom was nice but something was not flowing right in the toilet. We did share that with management though. Easy on an off of HWY. Nice and helpful employees. Room decent and TV good sized. Pool an Hot tub. Realized at the end of our stay. That there was a shuffle board and fuse ball table. .

Hot tub was disgusting. Mgr used a key to open our room door and we were in the room he said sorry I thought the room was empty. Not sure what he was up to. Won’t be staying there again.

Staff was great, all of them. It was the smells in the pool area and our room condition that was not super. Our toilet seat was cracked and broken as an example.
