Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Will Never ReturnWe’ve been loyal VRBO users for 15 years, and this has been by far our worst experience. First, there were not enough towels for all of us, which was just the beginning of the problems. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, making it hard to get any good rest. The kitchen was poorly stocked, so cooking was more of a challenge than it should have been.The view was stunning, but sadly, we couldn’t even fully appreciate it because the windows were so dirty.The real issue came with the property management. We had car issues on the day of departure and kept them informed. Despite leaving at check-out time and waiting in our car for help, the cleaning crew was extremely disrespectful to us. The property management did nothing to alleviate the situation, and instead, we felt completely disregarded.Also, be warned: the garage only fits one car, and the neighbors will report you if you try to park more than that.If you don’t want guests in your home, maybe don’t make it a VRBO rental. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing stay. We love the ocean, but we will never return to this property.
