This was the best house we have ever stayed in at the coast. So much room and the VIEW was amazing. The hosts are fabulous and so accommodating. The home is the best set up, and just being able to walk out the back door and be on the beach was PERFECT. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Totally going to make this our place to go.

This property was perfect for our group of 9, ages 18-80. The weather was spotty, but we had a great time watching movies, playing cards and games, sitting in the hot tub and walking on the beach. We did a fair amount of cooking and the kitchen was set up well enough to meet our group's needs. The ocean access and view really cannot be beat! This is our second stay at this house and it was extensively redecorated and updated in between our stays. We will definitely be back. It is a crowd favorite!

Beach view was not good until I cleaned the windows inside and out. The west facing windows gave us a great view after I cleaned them. Other housekeeping issues were shared with the property manager but didn't get a sense that she really cared much. She wanted pictures that wasn't able to provide. There were items left in the dryer and wet things left in the washer. Only 1 set of towels placed in each bathroom. Other towels etc. were available in the laundry room. The place was not clean!

Fantastic vacation home

Sitting in a hot tub watching pelicans fly by is underrated. The sunset was amazing. This home is literally a stones throw from the ocean. I know this because my brother was able to throw a stone from the lawn and actually hit the ocean! The place was super clean and had all the amenities. I appreciate the ample kitchen space, appliances, furniture and overall ease of living. I can't speak enough of the view from the living room. I'll definitely be staying here again if time permits.

Multi Family Trip

Great place to stay with a bigger group. Nice big kitchen for cooking. Being right on the beach was a bonus. Beautiful house. Expensive, but worth it for a special occasion.

Love this place

The location of this house is wonderful! It's a gorgeous home with direct beach access. We loved walking our dogs on the beach and then relaxing in the living room after. Only negative of staying here is having to do the cleaning yourself. Partially my fault for not reading the listing closely and assuming at the price point cleaning was apart of the fees. When we return to stay here I will for sure hire to have someone come clean.

Great view but not the best

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 dogs. We immediately noticed the trash was full and we informed the host right away. After a few hours, the host informed us that it may have been just due to the holiday but they would look into it. The dishwasher did not work properly so we had to hand-wash all of the dishes which is not ideal on a 4 day long vacation. We ran out of dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and there wasn’t a sponge to wash the dishes properly. We sent a message to the host but never head back before our checkout 20+ hours later.

Wonderful home

The home is perfect. My only suggestion would be for the stairs out to grass hot tub beach are not easy and beach access is really only for young adults. But there is a easy beach access very close by

Semi annual family vacation

This is a beautiful property. The pictures do not do it justice! We have stayed in several oceanfront properties and this was by far the best. It's beautifully furnished with lots of amenities. The garage was a great place to hang out when the weather wasn't great. Access to the beach was perfect.

Lovely vacation!

We didn't use the hot tub, but the rest of the house was well appointed and comfortable. My mom wants to go shopping with the decorated and fell in love with the ceramic fish on the kitchen cabinets!

Beach me family vacation

This property is exquisite! The kitchen was perfect for several chiefs to get their cook on. The house had great space for 9 people to relax and enjoy without being in anyones way. Very very CLEAN! The beach access was very close although getting down the rocky step is not good at all for anyone who is over 70, if not in great health. The hot tub was WONDERFUL ! Having the washer and dryer is very important when staying on the beach. My family and I will be back. It was a fantastic experience. Thank you!

Fabulous family trip

We really loved our time at this house! The view was to die for, hot tub was great, beach access was amazing, and overall it was extremely comfortable for our group of 9 plus a dog. We could’ve used one more bedroom for our teen but luckily he was flexible and there many bedding options around the house, including extra bedding and even a blowup bed that we saw in the closet. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen to be well-stocked and functional. We will definitely be back!

Views

The view is outstanding. We liked the property. Outside needs a bit of cleaning as there was dog poop on the path, as well firewood and shells. Inside was tidy, but not clean enough for my standered under the beds. Lots of dust. Check out should be 11:00 as 10:00 as its a bit early Property is beautiful. We would stay again. Would recomend property.
