The website said pet fee charge was $20 but they charge $30 saying $10 was for credit card surcharge. Also the man that was probably the owner was rude saying no pets allowed but when we told him it said pet friendly with charge, he got angrier and told us $30 for it. The lady in the counter (daughter)was very nice & hepful though even apologizing saying her family doesnt like people.Also the room had no door to the bathroom so no separation between bed & restroom. In fainrness, the king bed was very comfortable & clean. I will not stay in this hotel anymore.

If you leave anything in your room after check out you will never get it back. A watch was left in our room, called the next day and was told they couldn't check the room because too much snow, 7in. I called an other business, and they told me there was maybe 2 to 3 in. The woman I talked to told me she didn't know anything about a missing watch, that her sister ,the owner was in India and wouldn't be back for 3 weeks. It was the same woman that checked me in. Both people lied. Great way to run a business. DO NOT STAY HERE.
