With a low rate but some OK reviews, this place fell short of expectations. The WiFi only worked if you stood outside the office but my room was directly opposite so no go. The bed was lumpy like an old mattress and the towels were scratchy with a low grade industrial quality to them. I’d spend double to get a good nights sleep in comfort.

Front desk staff was rude. The hotels.com site for Oyo clearly states that the pets charge is a certain price. The front desk attempted to charge me a higher price. I tried to show them the listing on Hotels.com, and they refused to even look. They said it’s been at (that higher) surcharge rate for over a year. They’ve been negligent in updating that on Expedia & Hotels.com then. Rude & unreasonable demeanor from front desk staff. Unwilling to compromise or even look at my booking. Will not stay here again.

Super quiet and comfortable. All types of convenient food providers within walking distance. Very pet friendly with a park and open field across the street. Nothing fancy but cheap and user friendly

I don’t like getting scammed. They want a $50 deposit, so they charge $55, then give you $50 back. This is just shady and bad business. If you need to charge more, fine. Man said it was for the 3.75% surcharge. This isn’t $5, especially of they weren’t charged anything. Woman says they just charge everyone $5 additional. They clearly do not understand American economics and feel that they can rip everyone off $5 every night. Do not activate your Apple Pay or Google then hand your phone through the window without seeing the charge first. Do not sign the receipt. This is never necessary. They do this after charging the wrong amount to show you approved it. Definitely don’t use your credit card, since they can keep this on file (can’t do this with Apple Pay) Totally shady.

Checked in and checked the rubber gasket around the refrigerator it was nasty and gross. The microwave did not work no hot water in the sink and come to find out in the shower as well A lot of the electrical out let’s did not work. When you shut of the bathroom light the plug didn’t work do my boyfriend was without oxygen all night. I had to keep a chair under the door handle because the I felt unsafe with the condition of the lock. Was going 2 stay 2 nights but after all this decided to leave and wanted a refund and all hell broke loose with the owner because she did not like what I had to say about the room. Finally got half my money back. I always strip my beds before I leave and put the sheets in the tub with the towels and the owner came into the room to check the water and microwave and all hell broke loose again because she started screaming at me for stripping the bed she got pretty aggressive I had to make a bee line for my vehicle because I didn’t know what she was going to do next as angry and mean as she was. Will never stay there again and the area was pretty sketchy The room smelled of urine as well very unpleasant

Our stay of one. Night was terrible. The bed was so uncomfortable we felt like we had been beat all over. I called the front desk to request 2 extra pillows she said she had too much laundry already but if we paid extra we could come get them. There was n ok ice machine noo vv

Well, I recognized this property as an older chain property. When I saw the photos, I decided we should give it a try. My sister and I were so glad we did! This has gone from an old run-of-the-mill property to amazing! Beautiful on the inside and outside, so clean you can eat off the parking lot! Inside, you can walk around in white socks without knowing you went shoeless! The staff was efficient and polite, but we loved the woman who checked us in and out, she was not only efficient and knowledgable, she was fun!

While on a cross-country trip, without a reservation for the night, I stopped in Liberal, KS. After reviewing some larger national brand accommodations I stumbled across Hotel OYO for half to a third of the price of the others. It looked very clean on the outside and was in a convenient location for eating options. I decided to give them a try. Check-in was smooth and my room was immaculate with TV, refrig and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. To be fair, this is an older property. But it's very apparent the owners take a lot of pride in their motel and keep things clean and in working order. It may not be fancy and there is no complimentary breakfast, but I had money left over for breakfast (and dinner for that matter) with the great price. Hotel OYO was the best value I've seen in years! I will stay here again when passing through.
