Not worth the price.

When I checked in the front desk staff kept telling me I needed to provide a new CC for “incidentals” I provided a cc and they said I needed a new one as that one was not working I called the bank and they said there was no issues on their end. After providing two different cards one finally “worked” the room felt humid and there was a funky smell. The air conditioner had a broken piece and it was hanging out of it.

Hotel claimed I paid the wrong rate through Hotel.com. Took a while to get it figured out. Then I was charged twice for my pet deposit and a $50 charge that was not listed on my receipt.

I really appreciated the staff. They knew my name and greeted me when I came in. There was a lot of maintenance going on, which is good. I was traveling with my dog. She was welcomed and greeted. There were places to walk her. The location was perfect for my needs. I will stay there again. Can't say enough about the staff, BEST of the BEST!!! Thanks so much

We had to change rooms. The first room we were assigned had a very bad odor. It smelled like a decomposing body! Literally smelled like someone died in there. They even had those glade plug-in things in the room. They were able to get us another room but the entire property seemed ill-managed and dirty. Trash and dog poop on the grounds outside. Not many choices for hotel in Liberal. I would not want to stay there again.

We've stayed here several times while visiting family, but this hotel is no longer worth staying at. It took over ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk for check in. The couple in front of us even called the front desk, hoping that would bring someone out to help, but it did not. We booked two rooms. Both had comfy beds and pillows, but there was absolutely no hot water in either shower. The breakfast was terrible quality, even for a hotel. Very noisy, as well. We probably won't be staying here again.
