Beautifully decorated cottage in the mountains

We loved staying in this beautifully decorated cottage. We enjoyed using the living spaces and even though it was January it was cool enough one evening to light a fire in the lounge room! It is close to Leura shops and other nearby attractions. It is worth noting that the second bathroom is in an adjoining building. This was unexpected and meant that we all mostly shared the main bathroom that has a lovely leadlight window between the bathroom and hallway.

All you could want

Just the perfect little cottage for a family of 4 + pup. It’s so great to have such a stylish and thoughtfully furnished place available in such a great spot. We did some great bushwalking near Blackheath this time. Dinner at Polar Bear and Jiggle in Leura. Both were fantastic. Kitchen is well set up. I really appreciate the good knives. This is rare!

Nice cottage, well located

Nice stay but unfortunately the advertised spa whirlpool does not exist and despite a very new looking large TV set the connections for the aerial are incorrect (adapter required / would be ideal if installed correctly), meaning we were unable to watch anything. We were just outside the winter cut off for provided firewood though still cold so we purchased firewood locally and fire was lovely. Easy walk up to Leura village (bit of an uphill climb). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and perfect for 2 couples thank you

We loved the property. There were 4 close friends. We had a ball. The place was great. It was warm and cosy. The only issue was the fireplace where there was no newspaper or fire lighters. But overall loved the place and would recommend.

Gorgeous property within walking distance to Leura precinct

Whilst the blue mountains is often a cold place to stay, gas heating and a fireplace is provided with split aircons in the bedrooms make it a very comfortable house. The most special part of our stay was, being a pet friendly residence, that we could take our dog with us making it a perfect family getaway.

Lovely Mountains Cottage

Beautifully decorated, comfortable cottage. The rear garden is fully fenced which is great if you are bringing your four legged friend with you. The cottage is about a fifteen minute walk from Leura Mall which is very convenient. Just a warning if you haven’t been to the mountains for a while, parking near many of the attractions and walks is metered so read the parking signs carefully. There is a list on Blue Mountains City Council website of the location of these meters. I would thoroughly recommend this property for a comfortable and relaxing break in the mountains.

A little gem

This is a great option for people who want to be in walking (10 mins) distance of the centre of Leura but are looking for real tranquility. Very peaceful street. Immaculately presented and curated property. As a pet owner it was so nice to have such a high quality offering - none of the rough edges that often appear in pet-friendly accommodation. The only thing slightly wanting was that the kitchen isn't really set up for anything beyond quite basic cooking (though the pantry staples were pretty good compared to many places I've stayed). Thanks Wendy for an all round excellent experience!
