Just 10 minutes from the A63 (exit 13) and 20 minutes from the wild beaches of Cap de l’Homy, Saint-Girons, and Contis, this fully renovated holiday home welcomes you in a unique setting at the heart of a typical Landes forest airial. Located 4 km from Lesperon and its amenities, it offers a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing with family or friends.



Spread over two levels, the house features on the ground floor a spacious 75 m² patio opening onto a private 1,000 m² garden. There is a comfortable living area for 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated children’s area. A laundry room completes this floor.



Upstairs, a bright 70 m² living space includes a cozy lounge with smart TV and wood-burning stove, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area has two large bedrooms for up to 8 guests. There is a spacious bathroom with whirlpool bath and walk-in shower.



Built with eco-friendly materials and excellent insulation, the house ensures year-round thermal and acoustic comfort.



Outside, enjoy the private garden with parking, sun loungers, ping-pong table, and a lit pétanque court. The property is secured by an electric gate.
