On the 1st floor of a recent luxury residence, it includes an entrance hall with a sleeping area (extra bed 80 cm), closet/wardrobe, bathroom (shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail), separate toilet, living room opening onto a west-facing balcony (balcony furniture, awning, and electric roller shutter) with a 160 cm sofa bed (Bultex mattress), flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette (4-burner electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, extractor hood, and refrigerator-freezer).
