Great stay with exceptional customer service

Very enjoyable 4 night stay. Good size comfortable room and bathroom with modern decor. Exceptional customer service with extra touches - we were there for the German F1 GP and provided with best road route details to the track, given gifts of model cars and Champagne/Bucks Fizz at breakfast on race weekend. We were given local map showing nearest restaurants & buses and provided with info on places of interest nearby. Very good choice for breakfast. Only negative is the bedrooms have fans and not air conditioning and room was rather hot due to the exceptionally hot weather at the time of our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Praktisch gelegenes nettes Hotel nähe Heidelberg

Sauber, ruhige Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Dorfzentrum mit Gaststätten in Laufentfernung (10 min), 2 Ladepunkte für eAutos (1 × 11 kw Typ2, 1 x über Haushaltsstecker). Strassenbahnverbindung nach Heidelberg Zentrum in 5 min Entfernung (ideal für Besuche von HD).

Viel Reisender gibt Feedback

Empfang war leider nur gebrochenes deutsch und final mit Englisch zu erledigen. Wurde zum Zimmer begleitet inkl. Koffer tragen - Topp. Zimmer aufgeräumt, etwas bunt aber mit kostenloser Flasche Wasser und neuem Bad. Kritik gibt es für das Frühstück!! Sollte ab 7Ijr los gehen aber wurde erst 7:10 aufgebaut nachdem man mich im Flur vorm Frühstücksraum sah. Dann wurde leider nur Aufschnitt, Saft , Joghurt und Kaffeemaschine fertig gemacht. Nach weiteren knapp 10min war es mir dann zu bunt und habe bezahlt. Bis dahin wurde auch kein Satz gewechselt aus Hi/ Hallo, erklärte sich beim bezahlen da auch nur eher mit englisch weiter zu kommen war. Für mich nicht wieder.

Schön ruhig

Sehr ruhiges Hotel in einem Park, sehr zu empfehlen und völlig einwandfrei. Von der Ausstattung her eher einfach, aber funktional. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit der Straßenbahn nach Heidelberg, da kann das Auto stehen bleiben, perfekt!

Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Das Hotel eignet sich sehr gut für kurze bis mittellange Businessaufenthalte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und auch recht modern eingerichtet. Restaurants befinden sich in Fußnähe und auch ein Hallen-/Freibad liegt direkt nebenan.

Immer wieder gerne.Ruhige Lage.

Auf den ersten Blick dachten wir uiui. Aber wie so häufig zahlt nicht nur das äußere, den schon der Empfang war absolut toll und super freundlich. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig, wobei die grüne Bettwäsche erstmal verdaut werden musste. Aber das Grün ist der Rote Faden im Hotel.Das Frühstück lies ebenfalls keine Beanstandungen zu. Alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Allerdings kommt daher der große Kritikpunkt in der Bewertung. Wirklich alles super und so tolle nette freundliche Besitzer/Eigentümer haben wir noch nicht erlebt, aber sämtliche Marmelade oder andere süße Sachen ,einzeln verpackt ist hoffe ich Corona geschuldet. Ansonsten ist es echt viel unnötiger Plastik Müll den wir produzieren beim Frühstück. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dort Station machen und die Gastgeber sind absolut Toll.
