Home2 Suites by Hilton Lehi/Thanksgiving Point
4/5 Good
"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The air conditioners were very noisy but worked well. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The rating comes due to the cold breakfast (eggs) all 3 mornings along with under cooked bacon, though the biscuits were very good. And having the plates under the counters under the food made them difficult to get since people were standing right in front of them which created uncomfortable situations when you needed a plate, having to reach past people’s rear end and legs. They should definitely be moved! Also, at 7:20 one morning a person was outside with a blower cleaning the parking area - even 3 floors it was extremely loud. Completing this task at a later time would be much better."
