Room was clean but dated and had an ant infestation in the bathroom. The rock shower area was a treat. Overall though, the room was not very spacious for a couple with a baby. We loved the club lounge afternoon tea and the breakfast options at the club restaurant on the beach side. The beach pool and water slides were also fantasic for our family (our 1.5yr old loved the sand toys!). It was a convenient location for walking the streets and beach access.

Incredible service and amazing staff! From housekeeping, to warm greetings in the morning at breakky, everyone was so accomodating and welcoming. The room was always pristine cleaned, the pool and waterslides were awesome! Well kept facilities and the kids club was also amazing! I can’t wait to come back! Comfortable bed, not too hard like many Bali hotel beds. Pleasant and well maintained grounds. Well designed and pleasantly decorated room. Breakfast dining area could do with brightening up and buffet a bit below what I expected for the rates. Kartika was considerably better with regards to food and beverage for similar price range, especially breakfast buffet.

We were a little disappointed with the Breakfast food the selection was limited. We were offered complimentary lunch due to works at the resort this food was very limited in choice and we had to pay for water to drink with our lunch. Our room was very clean and the staff in all areas we friendly and very efficient.

We spent seven nights here. We had the best time. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool and swim up bar were fabulous, the cocktails were delicious. We ate at the resort for lunch or dinner most days and there was a huge selection of different dishes to try. Thank you so much to all the beautiful staff. We will be back again!

The Resort was amazing! The room seemed new, clean and modern. The staff were lovely along with the room service attendants who were great! Facilities were clean and safe, the pool was perfect with a swim up bar and great for the kids with fun waterslides. Will definitely be visiting again.
