After a long and tiring day we arrived at night to be greeted with "each room includes breakfast for one". We are a family of 2 adults / 2 children and was ONLY able to make my reservations on Orbitz as 1adult/1child per room and as required stated the children's ages and chose the B&B option and nowhere it had mentioned that breakfast was only for one person (I'm very detail oriented). I asked to speak to a manager and Welsen (Asst. manager) came in and without greeting or acknowledging us started speaking with the front desk employee who was handling our check-in. To our surprise Welsen said our problem was with Orbitz and we needed to contact them!!! after we had insisted and asked to talk to the manager he said he'll do a one time exception and include the breakfast for our older son as the younger one would have been included. The rooms were small and unclean. I unfolded a towel and saw it was disgustingly soiled. The sheets were stained and we had small insects all over the place (they had left a can of insecticide in the closet though). We've been to Accor Hotels and thought they all maintained the same standards but by far this one didn't. We had 3 extra nights to spend in Kuta but after this experience checked out the next day into another hotel.
