We stayed in a family room (2 kids 6 and 4) the room was clean, bed was comfortable, kids loved the bunk beds, good value for money. The downsides - family room is small so minimal jiggy jig for mum and dad. No balcony which made it hard to dry swimmers/ cozzies after a swim.
