All was going well when we wanted leave 2 hours earlier and they refused to arrange the transport to airport 2 hours earlier .. we have already paid .. receptionist were not very helpful .. their excuse is that becuase we booked through lastminute.com therefore they cannpt change anything .. also we were not given free drinks and the free massage which others got when booking directly with hotel Laat time i am booking with lastminute.com.au

Perfect location, reasonable price, friendly staff

We stayed here for a holiday and are returning guests. This hotel is in a great location right on the beach at Legian with large size rooms, king bed and excellent air conditioning to keep the room cool. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to assist in any way they can. Suci from guest relations will ensure you have the best stay. A++++

It was ok, but the hotel is kind of old and not in a charming way.. the toilet seat is probably 30 years old and felt dirty, but the worst part was the horrible smell of the pillows/matress. I understand the difficulty when an island is so humid- but for this price? Unacceptable

This was our 2nd time staying at Away Camikila, but sadly will be our last, the cost of staying here was alot for what it had to offer, it is quite dated feel that you can definitely get better value for money elsewhere now. Staff were friendly and the hotel is conveniently located.

We really loved our stay at Away!! It was a fantastic locations. Lots of eating options both inside and outside the hotel. Great rooms and super clean. Best part of my day was coming home to see what fowl animal had been made that day. All the staff were so lovely and it was so nice to see so many new young people being trained. Will definitely stay here again!!

The hotel is in a convenient location. The grounds and pools were great. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good. Our room was spacious but a little tired.

Amazing property and deluxe room was outstanding. The bed and pillows were by far the most comfortable and highlight. Great buffet breakfast many choices. Staff and cleaners went above and beyond. Only place to stay in Legian right on beach. Love love!
