This two storey, 140m2, luxury villa offers 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (one upstairs and the other downstairs each equipped with hydro massage shower facilities), a 3nd independent bedroom with en suite bathroom, suitable for persons with special needs (disabilities) and a mezzanine level open bedroom, spacious living and dining areas with open beamed wooden ceilings, modern well-equipped kitchen, an additional bathroom, a 58m2 private pool jets, BBQ surrounded by large terraces, garden with children's playground, and balcony. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the east side of Lefkada Island (Lefkas), in close proximity to Nydri (the islands’ main tourist resort).
Immersed in beautiful evergreen olive groves & river plantins, this newly built villa has been constructed to a high standard with modern stylish furnishings and comes complete with the magnificent views of the islands hillsides and only a breath away from the river and waterfalls. Dejlig villa i skønne omgivelser,
Ejerne var utrolig hjælpsomme og havde en fantastisk service,
Vigtig at have en eller anden form for køretøj, da villaen ligger lidt uden for Nydri by.

Sehr schönes Haus in der Natur
Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen und daher ist ein Auto ein unbedingtes Muss. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und dem Vermieter war sehr gut und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Aufgrund der Abgelegenheit wurden wir am Anreisetag sogar im Ort in Empfang genommen und zum Haus geführt. Wer die Ruhe und die Natur liebt, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Die nächsten nicht tierischen Nachbarn befinden sich auf dem Feldweg in ca. 400 Meter Entfernung. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung, alles ist sehr schön eingerichtet und auch der Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zweimal wöchentlich erfolgte ein Reinigung, Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel, einfach nur optimal! Hier stimmt einfach alles - vielen Dank!
