I booked this stay for my family visiting over the holidays. This information is based on there experiance and mine. The hallways haven't been vacuumed in a while. The floor tile on the main floor was cracked. The furniture in the room was worn and damaged. The seat looks like it has seen more than one hotel in the past decade. The room had bugs. When checking in other rooms where being cleaned for bed bugs. The female on stafff where curtios and professional, preventing others from knowing what room others were in and placed in due to obvious safety reasons. A male colleague came up behind and superseded her desision ging the information which could have led to a serious safety concern for the person in that room. Overall, great female staff, unprofessional male staff, and very dirty.

Hallway carpet is stained and dirty. Bathroom was nasty with mold and dirt in the cracks. Shower door was filthy. Free breakfast was a joke with only coffee, cereal and waffle. This hotel has gone downhill. It use to be decent.

The room was super dirty, the hallways, the pool water was green, and for breakfast, there were not sclambled eggs,bacon ,ect , bananas, or apples, orange juice taste like more water,definitely horrible. I will never stay there again.

My room smelled awful. Had to keep spraying air freshener every time i walked in. The breakfast each morning was gross. One morning they didnt have anything to get the waffles out with or the bread or the boiled eggs. They didnt even make the sausage links like normal. My kids were very disappointed. The bread was stale. Waffles tasted weird. Plus, every time we are there, the pool is green. Ih and one of the elevators was down as well. There are broken tiles in the hallway next to the check-in desk.

Hotel needs a lot of work. Broken furniture, dirty rooms, mold in closet in room, no access to vending, 1 elevator broken for entire stay, etc. On the plus the bed was comfortable and the AC's worked amazing. Also staff was helpful.
