The elevator was not working properly and we stayed on the 3rd floor. Staff made appropriate arrangements to manually program it so we didn't have to bring our luggage down three flights. Parking was fine. The person that was in charge of the breakfast area really needs to clean up; her hair looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks very greasy and made the breakfast unenjoyable as she stood in the doorway to watch the guests. Other than these comments the place was reasonable and clean.

When you walk into the lobby of the hotel, it smelled so wonderful. Then we got to our room and it was infested with bedbugs so bad that I took my vacuum cleaner out of my truck and vacuumed the room. My face today is all broken out with bedbug bites.

The staff was amazing…after a longer than it was supposed to be day the staff got us checked in very quickly. The only complaint I had is the room smelled VERY musty

The hotel overall looked nice. The staff was nice. But a room that requires a dehumidifier is concerning. And the AC did not work well. We did not get in until late and didn’t realize it wasn’t cooling off until very late.

Breakfast was bagel, fruit, yogurt. AC runs very loud and rattled all night but it kept the room cool. Room was clean and tidy but smelled very musty/old. This stay was a one overnight stay so can't really complain too much. The room could definitely use an update and new carpet or tile floor!
