Good place to stay

Location was great for train station and city centre. Staff friendly and helpful, great selection for breakfast. Downside was location of our room which was 530, it was next to the lifts which were noisy throughout both nights and very early in the morning. Affected our sleep. Would stay here again but would be mindful of room location.

Quite difficult to find, because of its location and alterations around the station. But very scenic near the river. Everything very good, but I would prefer free range eggs at breakfast. There was vegan cheese, yoghurt, and maybe also milk, but not free range eggs, which are important for vegetarians.

Excellent hotel

Great hotel with lovely staff in a good location. I requested a quiet room on a high floor when I booked and that’s what I was given. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows so nice I wanted to take them home. Lovely cocktails downstairs in the bar. Will definitely return.

Nice, as expected...

Lovely, clean hotel with good facilities. Check in was seamless. The room was a good size and very clean. The key lock on my room door was a problem and I had to visit reception a number of times to get in. The maintenance man confirmed it needed to be replaced. Good choice of foods and drinks at breakfast, but the hot food was lukewarm at most. This didn't spoil the trip though, and I'd definitely stay again.

Well worth it

Price was good. Check-in was smooth (after completing it on-line). The room had everything needed (TV, iron, hairdryer, tea and coffee) It was quiet. There is a bar on site. The location is great. Close to the train station and city centre. It was odd that the toilet and the bathroom were seperate?
