Very good

The apartment is nice and cozy; it feels like home, and it's clean. Communication with the manager is very good. The property is gated. It's about an hour's walk to the city center. There's a pub just a minute away. I highly recommend it.

Spacious, clean, good location for getting aound on foot, and for buses, trains, and local Sainsbury's 5 mins away. A bit noisy from neighbouring buildings' air conditioning and nearby beer garden. We would have appreciated instructions for using the TV & DVD (it took us ages to figure out, and we never managed to connect the DVD to the TV), and coat hooks in the hall, bedrooms and bathrooms would have been useful.

Great apartment

Centrally located hi-spec apartment with underground parking, unbeatable for work and with superfast broadband. Really comfortable bed too and nice balcony to relax after busy day. The staff were very friendly and obliging. Hope to return some day.

The location was great. What we didn't like only received 1key fob so if one person leaves the apartment the other person couldn't leave to get back in also there was no usb outlets anywhere in the apartment. There was a weird smell in the apartment there was plug ins to cover up the smell. Had few other issues with the apartment. When messaged about them was given an apology and was given a refund for 1 night and one of the issues was fixed the next day. Overall the apartment was OK but needs alot of attention. The customer service was good they helped where they could.

Overall an excellent experience, beautifully furnished flat, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, spotlessly clean. Great location. Occasionally a bit noisy from nearby pubs and bars but close the windows and you’re good. Highly recommended!

The host was excellent. Pre arrival communication and met at the location on arrival to explain the entrance and parking. Quiet location a short walk from the city centre. All basic amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Clean linens provided.

Excellent location for city. Parking underneath in garage (charged). A home from home (well a bit smaller than our own, but you know what I mean;)). Lovely stay and will definitely stay again. Cheaper than hotels

Wonderful stay!

The apartment was beautiful, very clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable! The communication was outstanding, I arrived late after a long drive yet that wasn’t a problem, the hosts were so understanding and very helpful! Check in was so easy and instructions and pics were great! The secure underground parking was great under the building, as I was alone it made me feel very safe. I was on business and definately would love to stay here every time I return! Fab overall! Thank you!
