The hotel has been refurbished recently to a high standard; the bedroom was a decent size, comfortable, and quiet. However it is utterly unacceptable not to provide a luggage storage facility large enough to accommodate the number of bags likely to be left over the course of the day — and to have no idea in advance whether you may or may not be able to store your bag. Consequently I didn’t have enough time to find somewhere else nearby before my appointment which not only meant having to take it with me and carting it around (the appointment was not for something where I was staying in one place) but also caused additional expense afterwards as needed to leave it somewhere for the rest of the day. Both created considerable inconvenience and frustration. I will not be returning as a customer to this hotel until better luggage storage facilities are sorted out.

I’ve stayed at random hotels in Leeds last few years, the hotel room was very good however the greeting by staff when checking in was not very professional. Coffee machine didn’t work downstairs, no available bottle of water either to pay in hotel reception or within the room, I would expect x2 complimentary bottles of water within the room. Checking out staff didn’t even bother to say thank you or acknowledge us when leaving or ask how was our stay

Quiet hotel close to Leeds Arena so very convenient. Lovely young lady on day reception but night staff never even acknowledged our evening returns to the hotel. Overall nice experience but rooms were smaller than expected. Free coffee etc in reception a very welcomed bonus.

Recommended

Stayed for one night, only needed a room for the bathroom and bed! This was our 2nd stay here, would recommend every time. Good location, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is available but we did not have a breakfast on this occasion.
