Perfect! Couldn't fault it at all. Room was lovely and cosy and SO clean, with everything you need. Food was great, i ordered for lunch and then had the buffet for breakfast. Staff were all really nice and helpful Really impressed and will definitely be back!

Room was disgusting. Black mould on ceiling and window frame. Icy cold and damp room, damp bedding, mattresses stained and completely unstable and broken in both rooms, blood stains on bedding, smashed tiles in bathroom, unvacumed floors with dirt, glitter and a dead bee and cobwebs all over the ceiling. We didn’t get to the room till 1am as arrived from a late flight so tried to sleep in our clothes but it took 3 hours for the room to warm up enough to sleep. We skipped breakfast and got the hell out of there asap. Hotel have refunded at my suggestion.

I’ve stayed before and loved it. I still enjoyed it this time and will definitely come again but I was in one of the further away rooms which haven’t been renovated which I wouldn’t have minded so much but the cleanliness wasn’t great. I think although the bathroom is old and needs refurbishment there could have been more effort made to make it a bit cleaner. For example mould and rust in the bathroom etc. and loads of water marks on the bath, dust and dirt on the floor

We stayed here as a stop over as we were visiting locally. The hotel staff were fabulous. Professional, helpful and informative. The inside space was comfortable, clean and felt spacious. There were places to sit away from our room and we made use of the bar. The bedroom was clean and the bottles of water along with the tea and coffee were welcomed. Breakfast was buffet style and there were lots of choices. It was all delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. After checking out we walked around the grounds for a bit enjoying the sunshine. Even though we went out for the evening the whole experience was so relaxing it felt as if we had stayed longer. What a find! We will be back

Stayed in a standard room this time, disappointing - bathroom grubby around the edges and dirty marks on the outside of the toilet. The tv on the desk at the side of the bed made it awkward to watch - I’d recommend paying a bit more for the superior room.
