On the 1st level (2nd floor of the building) is the large main living area with its kitchen area, an independent WC; the living room opens through two bay windows onto a large aerial terrace of 15 m² with a side view of the pool; ideal for evening meals. On the 2nd and last level, you access via a wooden staircase two beautiful bedrooms and the shared bathroom; private parking space in the residence. Appartement spacieux

Sa superficie. Sa belle terrasse et sa grande piscine Il serait impératif de faire respecter les consignes à la piscine. Il ne suffit pas d avoir un tableau d interdiction que très peu de personnes respectent. Une climatisation ne serait pas du luxe et au vu de la belle terrasse au moins un transat.
