Newly built, this luxury villa offers a magnificent view of the Diamond Rock, a private swimming pool with a sunken beach and sunbathing in the water, and beach access at certain times of the year.



This superb villa consists of a ground floor with kitchen, laundry room, living room and master bedroom. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and a magnificent terrace on the sea side for even more space and tranquillity. The car park secured by an electric gate will allow you to park your car safely.



A few steps from the sea, the Eden Roc villa offers an idyllic setting for a relaxing holiday close to all amenities.

Séjour en tous points conforme, et même plus!

Villa magnifique, propre, spacieuse autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur avec une vue époustouflante ! Tout est fait pour que l’on s’y sente comme à la maison. Vaste terrasse et piscine très agréable. On aime pouvoir vivre dedans/ dehors toute la journée. On peut aller au marché par la plage et tester les resto du coin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit déjeuner à notre arrivée, et les produits de première nécessité ( cuisine et douche), ainsi que les serviettes toilettes et plages mises à notre disposition . Stationnement facile sur le parking de la propriété, qui est d’ailleurs clôturée même en bord de mer. Alarme, wifi ok, villa idéale pour grande famille ou 4 couples d’amis car chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. Personnellement, nous avons trouvé la localisation très pratique pour parcourir la Martinique car proche des grands axes. Cette villa est une belle découverte ( nous avions plutôt envisagé l’hôtel) et nous espérons pouvoir y revenir. Un grand merci au propriétaire et à son équipe. Il manque des coquetiers… pour la prochaine fois?

Nous avions été très heureux de passer un moment agréable dans cette magnifique villa, tranquille, apaisante et surtout très épurée. La déco est juste parfaite, le souhait de toutes femmes d'avoir une villa pareille, tout est bien pensé. on ne va surtout pas oublié Mr Pierre Henry très agréable, à l'écoute et discret. je vais et recommande cette villa.
