Breathtaking views of the village and Lake Las Vegas from your 6th floor condo. A five minute walk takes you to the waterfront village where you will find restaurants, a grocery store and lakefront walking trails. Water activities include kayaking, paddle boarding and boating or for those that like to shop, you're only a 10 minute drive from the Galleria Mall. A day or evening on the Las Vegas Strip is just a 30 minute drive or the 18 hole Reflections Bay Golf Course is right in your community. Enjoy beautiful sunsets by the lake or on your own private balcony. You're sure to enjoy all that Lake Las Vegas has to offer. NO HIDDEN RESORT OR PARKING FEES.

Our condo is fully equipped for a 3 night or one month stay. We have a brand new king size bed in the bedroom with comfy linens and a duvet and a TV in both the bedroom and living room.

The kitchen is stocked with everyday items to prepare a meal and dine in or to have a snack for lunch and enjoy one of the great restaurants in the village. We have provided a few Keurig coffee and tea pods for your first morning coffee but the Season's Grocery in the village also prepares an outstanding latte or cappuccino. We have left a couple of waters and sodas in the fridge for you to help yourself. Our wine rack is stocked with a few bottles of wine and we ask that you Enjoy a Wine, Replace a Wine! We are always interested in trying someone else's favorite flavor.

We have supplied some shampoo/conditioner/lotion and soaps for your first couple of nights and there is a hairdryer in the drawer in the bathroom for your use. Tissue, toilet paper and paper towel are also supplied for short term stays. Pool towels are provided in the small cabinet on the wall behind the door in the bathroom.


The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Nice Property

The property is nice and the check in process went smoothly. The unit is nice and comfortable. One major challenge is there is no storage to put clothes away. There is a lovely armoire in the bedroom that is locked. There are two nightstands and a closet but that is not adequate clothes storage. This might not be bad if it is a short stay but we were there for 8 days so it was not convenient living out of suitcases for that long. We probably won’t stay again unless the host made storage available.

Great property. Great location. Wonderful Condo.Had a fantastic holiday.One suggestion, matress topper would be fantastic. While it is a perfectly fine king-size matress, new one that it is, it is quite firm. Extra firm actually. Please be aware that the bed pillows are down stuffed and while there are substitutes, those substitutes are a bit aged and worn.

Great View, Amenities, but no drawers and a very heavy chandlier

The location was stunning and impeccably clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen met all our needs perfectly. The village itself is absolutely enchanting! However, there was a significant drawback. A large, locked armoire in the bedroom left us with no space to store our clothes, aside from the hangers in the closet. Consequently, we had to live out of our suitcases. Moreover, there's a chandelier as heavy as an anchor hanging quite low. I stood up from the table and hit my head on it, resulting in a bump that lingered for nearly ten days! No exaggeration! I would not return to this place. It was our first disappointing experience with VRBO.

Great views!

We stayed here for four nights while we explored the area for a possible future move. This condo is on the top floor of the building and the views of Lake Las Vegas are spectacular. The warm sunrise off the lake made for a wonderful start to the days. The location was so convenient to access the restaurants and shops in The Village, although there aren’t a lot. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom towels were great quality.
