As we previously discussed there could have been several improvements in communication and overall efficiency of the property. The refund for the first night is appreciated but it doesn't outweigh the inconveniences experienced by my guests and I. We are easy going and don't require much so it doesn't feel good to have to constantly ask for updates or just basic communication in a timely manner.

Place was very clean and super comfortable. Quiet part of town. We had some issues during our stay and we tried communicating with the host, but unfortunately didn’t get a response. We wanted to grill some chicken for supper and we threw it on the grill the propane ran out. So we had to change plans since we didn’t want to make it on the electric blackstone griddle. Next morning when we went to make eggs on the blackstone, we found out that it was broken. Powered on but wouldn’t heat up. Both minor inconveniences, but really frustrating when you have plans. Overall I would recommend and definitely would stay again.

Love this home! The space is great and we loved that the space was well equipped with every day necessities items such as coffee, extra towels, pots and pans, etc. Foster, the host, is very responsive and even made sure the pool was pre-heated for our arrival. Great home, would stay again!

Host was very welcoming and communicated everything very clearly! There were a couple things around the house we believe left from the people before us (a fake nail and a pair of socks) but all together an amazing house we were able to make so many memories in!!

This property was amazing. So spacious and welcoming. I traveled with my twin teenage sons, daughter and her Fiance. We all had an amazing trip. The coffee was on the house and had a variety of flavors. The host also included streaming services so we didn’t have to use our login info which was nice. It was close enough to the strip but far enough to enjoy the quiet. I highly recommend staying here.

Disappointing experience despite a nice property while the property itself was as described- clean, with comfortable beds and linens-my experience was very disappointing due to several avoidable issues. The day of check-in, I asked to drop off my luggage early, which the host kindly allowed. The Cleaner texted me at 3 PM and said that the property would not be ready until 430. I arrived at 5 PM only to find that she was still cleaning and making the beds and didn’t leave until around 6:30. She shared unrelated personal issues that made the situation, uncomfortable and unprofessional. The keypad entry didn’t work properly leaving me locked out the next day in the heat for about 15 minutes before the host responded. It failed again so that evening I left the patio door unlocked in order to be able to re-enter. I reported the problems promptly. The host offered one night refund , ( which I appreciated.) but despite saying it would be processed within 3 to 5 days, more than 10 days of past and I’ve received nothing and no response to follow up messages. Lastly, I only learned of the day of arrival that the wrong the pool costs an extra five dollars an hour something that should’ve been clearly stated in the listing upfront. Overall, the property itself was fine but the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unfulfilled refund make this stay frustrating. I hope the host improves reliability and transparency for future guests.

It was a beautiful home! Lots of space for everyone. We tried heating the pool, but for some reason I couldn’t figure it out, and it kept turning off at nights. It takes 15 hours for the pool to heat up, so just keep checking the settings if you want the pool to stay on. Other than that, everything else was great!

We enjoyed our stay after a few hiccups. I would recommend you bring extra supplies limited toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. Cleaning staff was still on site after our check In. Pool was very cold on arrival. Property manager called pool maintenance they attempted to fix then it was too hot to use. The local host was not very responsive but the property manager over her was great. Great beds. Great location. Family friendly.

The property is very nice, house is large enough to accommodate a large group. The rooms are spacious and decorated nicely with televisions in each. The kids loved the pool! We had some trouble getting control of heater for the hot tub so we were unable to use it. The host is very friendly and was easy to get a hold of. We did have some issues with the shower downstairs but it was addressed and's host offered discount for the inconvenience. It’s about 30 minutes away from the strip and Ubers cost around 45 each way but was worth it being away from the strip. Overall this is a great place to stay and I would stay here again!

The property is easily one of the best places we ever stayed. Very clean and thoughtfully stocked with household items you will need for your stay. We have never stayed at a place that is stocked as this place. We are extremely happy that we stayed here for our Las Vegas trip and will stay again the next time we go down.

Cozy and Comfortable

Great communication with the property manager/Foster and very accommodating. Plenty of space and great area with super friendly neighbors. Pool was having some issues but I am sure they can be fixed. Thanks for a great stay.

Lack of toiletries in master bathroom. Barely enough tp to wipe. Shaggy carpet was wet in master bedroom. Not bathroom. Previous occupants left recycling full. Pool hours weren't avaliable during stay. Everything else seemed fine.
