It offers Internet Wifi, Smart TV and all the necessary services around; such as restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

This wonderful apartment with an exceptional location is ideal for families and friends. It has an exquisite decoration where every detail has been taken care of, capacity for 4 people and two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both have air conditioning and storage space. A spacious living-dining room designed for relaxation, with 43’ Smart TV, gives direct access to the imposing terrace of the flat with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the city of Las Palmas. This space becomes the ideal place to relax, enjoy the sun and a good lunch. The property has a good distribution, with two complete bathrooms and a kitchen integrated in the living-dining room equipped with everything necessary.
Its magnificent location is surrounded by all the necessary services, including leisure facilities, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the beach of Las Alcaravaneras, just a few minutes' walk from the property.
