Relax and enjoy the spacious home with gorgeous mountain views conveniently located to restaurants/fast food, shopping, and highway access. Home is equipped with all you need to enjoy your getaway to include new, comfortable bedding/furniture. Stay a day or stay a while in this peaceful, beautiful home in safe and friendly neighborhood. The space
Home:
Newly built modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath home to enjoy your getaway. Whether a weekend spent visiting old Mesilla Valley or home away from home to enjoy a concert or sporting event, this home has all you need. Home will comfortably sleep 10 people, but there are an additional 2 queen size air mattresses that can be utilized. Backyard is under construction but can be used. It is enclosed and there is a grill for your use! Home is in an HOA area meaning quiet time is from 10PM - 6AM, please be considerate of noise level.
Bedrooms:
Just like when I travel, I like to come back to enjoy a comfortable sleep so it is my hope that you enjoy your nights rest. The master bedroom has an amazing king size massaging bed and adjustable base. Each bedroom has a smart TV that is connected to WiFi for your enjoyment.
Living room:
The home is an open floor plan, to include a spacious living room with a 75' smart TV for a night in. There is enough space for you to relax and enjoy your stay as well as games for the family.
Kitchen:
Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need from a coffee maker to cooking and grill utensils. You can enjoy your meals on dishes provided or paper plates. There is a dishwasher if necessary. Additionally, there are paper towels, ice maker, filtered water and plenty of glass, plastic and paper cups.
Parking:
Driveway for 2 vehicles, plus free street parking.
Guest access
The entire home will be available to you, except for the garage where I store personal items and the laundry room as I work to upgrade appliances for future guest use. The laundry room door is locked but linens/towels for your stay are provided. Extra blankets are also available.
